About the event
The 1st Annual Lakota Foods Summit will take place at the Rushmore Plaza Holiday Inn in Rapid City, SD on February 18-20 2019. This summit will include a chef cook off, youth activities and speakers from around the region. Topics include: Food Sovereignty, Traditional Foods, Food System Development, Sustainable Farming and Ranching, and information form different service agencies. There will also be vendor place available. Draft agenda will soon be available.
